IRON STATION, N.C. — An Iron Station man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child. Β
Investigations say Terry Talbert, 53, sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl at his home in 2009. Β The incident was not reported to police until February 2015. Β
Talbert is facing one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor. Β Police say more charges are expected in the case. Β Talbert was released on a $9,500 bond.
