Frost Saturday Morning With A Nice Weekend

Increasing clouds Saturday with more sunshine on Sunday

Discussion:
A cold and clear night ahead with overnight low temperatures in the mid to upper 30s. Frost will likely develop overnight into early Saturday morning so bring in or cover any tender plants. Our next weather system is going to be a weak and mainly dry cold front that will swing through late Saturday. A stronger system could bring another round of severe weather across the Deep South early next week before tracking into the Carolinas mid-week.
Notes:
– More severe weather is expectedΒ next week. It is too soon to know the threat level or exact location. We will need to keep an eye on the Wednesday-Thursday time frame.
Tonight: Cold and clear. Lows in the mid to upper 30s with frost developing overnight.
Saturday: A frosty start. Increasing clouds through the first half of the day. Highs in the mid 60s.
Sunday: Sunny skies. Highs in the low 70s.
Next week: Monday will be similar to Sunday – nice and dry with high temperatures in the low 70s. Clouds increase on Tuesday with late day showers possible. We will keep an eye on our next weather system that will bring showers and possible storms to the area midweek.
Have a wonderful weekend!
