CHARLOTTE, N.C.– WCCB Rising’s Derek James isn’t fond of people who can’t park. This morning, Chief Meteorologist, Nicole Madden parks her jeep too close to Derek’s vehicle.

Things got a little too close for comfort when Derek tried to get inside his car. He made a funny video to express his frustration.
