Burn Bootcamp: Jump Rope Workouts

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — We’re taking it back to our elementary school days and breaking out the jump ropes to get fit.

Devan Kline, of Burn Bootcamp, says grownups can get a huge benefit from jumping around.

Jump ropes are great to get your heart rate up and as a form of cardio. He has a few exercises to do with the rope and suggests doing a 15 minute workout with it.

Kline is also working out with the Kettle Ball for a full body workout.
