Edge on Demand: The Panthers, The Patriots, and What It All Means

This video is no longer available.

The last time the Panthers played the Patriots, most NFL fans around the country were glued to their televisions.  The Cats delivered big during Monday Night Football in November 2013.  They were on fire after winning five games in a row.  That was the big game were Tom Brady gave the refs an earful and the phrase “Ice Up, Son!” was born!

Tonight’s matchup doesn’t count in the win/loss column, but Coach Ron Rivera believes the Panthers are on the doorstep of becoming what the Patriots are.  He says we’re on the cusp, and this year will tell a lot for the direction we are headed.  He goes on to say that he’s always used the Patriots as a measuring stick.

So what do you think tonight’s game means for the rest of the Panthers’ season?
