Hurricane Lisa made landfall near Belize City Wednesday afternoon around 4:20 PM. Heavy rain and strong winds will continue to travel across Central America through the remainder of the week. Over the weekend, Lisa is expected to move over the Bay of Campeche. This storm is not a threat to the United States.
