Play of the Day: Female D1 Baseball Player

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown University announced the first ever female baseball player in Division One history.

Olivia Pichardo made Brown’s baseball team as a walk on after trying out for the team in the fall.

There are currently eight women playing collegiate baseball, however, Pichardo is the first to make a D1 roster.
