CMPD’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team is searching for Tremaine Lowery.Β He is wanted on an outstanding 2nd degree rape charge.Β
Investigators say Lowery is currently homeless.Β Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
