Two foster families facing two separate yet similar situations. The first involves a family featured in American Girl magazine for their continued efforts to provide foster kids in Maryland with backpacks and school supplies. The problem? The family has two gay dads. A Christian group called One Million Moms is demanding the magazine stop pushing the “homosexual lifestyle” on its readers.
The second involves a foster family from Utah who may have to give up the one-year-old baby they’ve been taking care of for three months because they’re a same-sex couple. A judge ordered the baby be removed from their home and sent to heterosexual foster parents saying she would be “better-off.”
That brings us to our Question of the Night: Should same-sex couples be allowed to adopt children?
