CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting in West Charlotte.
The shooting happened on Carlyle Drive around 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Medic says they transported one person with life-threatening injuries to Carolinas Medical Center.
Investigators have not said if anyone is in custody, but they are currently on the scene interviewing possible witnesses and collecting evidence.
