CHARLOTTE, NC– Detectives say they are conducting a homicide investigation after a man was shot Sunday morning.
Police say they responded to a shooting that occured on Arty Avenue around 10:48 a.m.
Upon arrival police say they located a male victim inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene and was identified as Marvin Harrison, 26.
Authorities say they located a second victim inside the residence who reportedly suffered a non life threatning injury to his leg and was transported to CMC.
Reports say information on the scene determined that Harrison shot the male located inside the residence, a struggle between Harrison and a female at the residence led to Harrison being shot.
