UPDATE: Police Release Surveillance Photos In Northwest Charlotte Shooting
UPDATE: Police released surveillance photos from outside a gas station where the victim was found shot to death.
The suspect is described as a black male with a short haircut. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black tennis shoes and what appears to be gray or brown colored jeans.
Police say there was a male passenger in the suspect vehicle that detectives are also attempting to identify. The passenger was wearing a red shirt with what appears to be either a logo or writing on it. Both of these subjects are to be considered armed and dangerous.
The suspect vehicle is described as a 2013-2015 Nissan Sentra or Altima, dark in color (possibly blue), with damage to the right side passenger door. The vehicle was last seen on August 24th around 3am in the area of LaSalle Street and Newland Road.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are investigating the shooting death of a man on Lasalle Street that occurred early this morning.
Police say they responded to a call shortly after 3am in reference to shots being fired on Lasalle Street near I-77. Upon arrival they found 24-year-old Malik Teasdell suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene shortly after.
