Police Charge Rock Hill Woman With Arson

ROCK HILL, SC– Police have charged a Rock Hill woman with arson after they say she burned down her home.

Investigators say a fire broke out at a home on Stephanie Lane in Rock Hill on Feb. 3rd.  A joint investigation led to the arrest of Alycia Paige Elliott, 23, who lived at the home.

Elliott was charged with 3rd degree arson.
