Man on the Edge: Are Rich People Smarter?

A new study by the Center for Responsive Politics has uncovered an incredible fact: for the first time in history in America, more than half the people in Congress are millionaires.  Both parties.  And since we hope that we’re electing smart people… it makes you wonder if rich people are naturally smarter?
