CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD says they have located the mother of a toddler they found wandering around in East Charlotte this morning.
Police are currently investigating why the small child was wandering alone in the Springfield Garden Apartments off Idlewild Road. Police were called to the complex around 10:00 Friday morning.
No word yet on whether charges will be filed against the mother.
