Bank of America Shareholders Vote To Keep Moynihan As CEO and Chairman

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Shareholders for Bank of America voted to allow Brian Moynihan to continue to serve as both the CEO and the chairman of the board. Β

The vote happened after some shareholders voiced concerns about the company making the decision to allow Moynihan to head both positions without a vote by shareholders.

Sixty-three percent of the shareholders voted in favor for Moynihan’s roles to remain the same. Β
