CHARLOTTE, NC — Charlotte’s 51st Annual Festival In The Park kicks off today with food, entertainment, and art.

Festival in the Park’s Frank Whiteny and Debbie Aintrazi from Steak Boys is in the Rising kitchen to show off some of the food and fun happening this weekend.
