CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A witness told WCCB that a woman’s brakes failed just before her SUV slammed into the front of an apartment building on Central Avenue just after 5 p.m. on Sunday evening.Β
According to MEDIC, there were no injuries.Β
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
