YORK COUNTY, S.C. — Police discovered a homicide on Thursday after being notified of suspicious activity at a Fort Mill home.
John Coddington, 22, who lived in the home, was taken into custody and charged with the murder.
Police believe Coddington transported the female victim from Fort Mill to Rippling Brooke Road in Chester County, S.C., where the body was located.
The name of the victim is not being released until all next of kin are notified.
