MARSHVILLE, N.C.– Union County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two men after deputies say they broke into a home in Marshville.
A concerned citizen called 911 after seeing a suspicious vehicle drop someone off at their neighbor’s unoccupied home.
Upon arrival, deputies verified that there had a been a break-in and began to search for the suspect.
24-year-old William Lowery and 23-year-old James Washington Jr. have been charged with felony breaking & entering.
They are both scheduled to make their first court appearance February 23.
