MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — Oscar Eugene Steele, 28, is wanted on outstanding warrants for Felony Probation Violation and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
On April 6th, Steele was court ordered to wear an electronic monitor as a condition of his pretrial release. On Thursday, Steele fled from the Mecklenburg County Courthouse and cut off his monitor.
Steele is a black male, 5’7″ in height, weighs 185 lbs, with long brown hair.
