ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a woman has been arrested for a shooting that killed a toddler in Rock Hill.
Investigators say 3-year-old Savion Barrow got a hold of a gun and shot himself at a home on Amelia Avenue on November 15th.
Police say the homeowner owned the gun legally. Patricia Carter is facing one unlawful neglect of a child charge. She was given a $15,000 bond.
