GASTONIA, N.C. — A woman has been charged in a hit and run that resulted in the death of 1-year-old Riley Bradley.
Gastonia Police have charged Donna Hayes, 46, with Felony Hit and Run and Misdemeanor Death.
The incident occurred around 10:41 a.m. on Dec. 23rd. Hayes was driving on Westbrook Circle near Sherwood Avenue when she hit the toddler.
