President Obama will deliver his final State of the Union address on Tuesday night.
After seven years in office, Barack Obama is set to give his last State of the Union address tonight at 9 p.m. This speech comes just one week after Obama bypassed Congress by using his executive authority to expand gun rules.
The White House says that Obama’s address will be non-traditional. Tonight will determine what that means.
