A Charlotte school bans the word “please.” It’s happening at Druid Hills Academy, where teachers are being told to practice “no-nonsense nurturing”, a method in which praise is kept to a minimum. The idea is that saying “please” gives students the option of being disobedient. Do you think it’ll work?
