SHELBY, N.C. — WCCB has obtained a copy of the 911 call and police dispatch leading to the arrest of Dylann Storm Roof in Shelby last Thursday.
Roof is responsible for the mass shooting that killed nine people inside a Charleston, S.C., church last Wednesday.
