LINCOLNTON, NC– Lincoln County Sheriff’s narcotics officers arrested three people on drug trafficking charges Tuesday.
Investigators say they saw a drug deal that occurred in the 3200 block of Gastonia Highway.
After detectives apprehended the suspects they reportedly seized more than 28 grams of cocaine, a small amount of marijuana and over $1,700 in cash.
Police charged Candice Marie Cooper, 29, and Larry Antwan Chambers, 34 with one felony count of trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, selling and delivering cocaine and conspiracy to traffic.
Christopher Obryan Adams, 29, was charged with one felony count of trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, selling and delivering, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, possession of cocaine maintaining and dwelling for a controlled substance.
