CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Former Charlotte Mayor Patrick Cannon will be sentenced in Federal court in September. Β
Court records indicate Cannon will be in court on September 25th for his sentencing hearing. Β Cannon admitted he accepted bribes and pleaded guilty to honest services wire fraud. Β
He was arrested in March and could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
