A grandpa’s care package for his jail bird grandson earned him a spot in jail. Β Somehow he thought it was a great idea to smuggle pot into prison. Β The grandson had been locked up for about two years on a burglary conviction and had eight more years to go. Β Guards got a tip about the drugs and questioned the 85-year-old grandfather, who handed the drugs over. Β He now faces up to seven years in prison. Β But he’s 85. Β Should they just let him go?
