CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Detectives are investigating a homicide in north Charlotte.
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, they received a call about a vehicle crash on Arthur Davis Road just before noon on Tuesday. The caller stated a male driver was inside the vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medic confirms the victim was pronounced deceased on scene. Police were seen canvassing the area of Old Statesville Road near Arthur Davis Drive. They say there is no threat to the public.
