CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are looking for a man who cut off his electronic monitor on Monday.
Mark Belton, 28, is wanted for Possession of Firearm by Felon, Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Possession With Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, CCW-Gun, Damage to Property, and Interfering with an Electronic Monitoring Device.
Belton was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release. On Monday, Belton cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in the area of North Tryon and 28th Street.
