ALEXIS, NC — Detectives are still trying to identify two victims in a triple homicide that took place in Gaston County overnight.
Police have arrested and charged 42-year-old Crystal Gambino with the first degree murder of her husband, 40-year-old Giovanni Gambino and two other people.
Police say they found the three victims shot to death in Gambino’s home on Alexis-Lucia Road around 8:00pm Monday evening. They had been called to the home by a family member for a welfare check.
Gambino was then found and arrested a short time later in Stanley, NC. She is being held in Gaston County jail without bond.
