The Affordable Care Act is officially Constitutional.  In a significant win for the President, the Supreme Court voted in a split decision to uphold a provision within the law which provides federal health care subsidies to millions of Americans.

The Supreme Court ruled 6 – 3 to support federally-funded subsidies that help nearly 6.5 million Americans afford monthly premiums for health insurance.  The ruling sparked immediate reaction outside the court, and from the expanding field of Repiblican Presidential candidates, who were swift to respond.

We reached out to U.S. Senator Thom Tillis for a statement on Thursday’s decidion.  He said: “Regardless of the Supreme Court’s ruling today, the President’s health care law is beyond repair, and I remain committed to finding an implementing a solution.”

So what do you think?  Should lawmakers focus on making Obamacare better, instead of breaking it down?
