A police officer has been placed on administrative leave after this video surfaced, showing him firing pepper spray at a group of bikers on the highway.

The Fort Worth Police Department in Texas says the officer sprayed the riders while he was pulling over a pickup truck that was blocking traffic and allowing the bikers to weave among cars.
