MONROE, NC — The NC Highway Patrol is investigating after one person was killed this morning in an accident in Union County.
Troopers confirm that one person was killed in a head on collision on Old Pageland Monroe Road in Monroe early Monday morning.
The driver of the truck, 43-year-old Richard Moss of Charlotte, was pronounced dead. The occupants of the van, a father and three children, were taken to CMC. No update yet on their conditions.
