Victim In E. Charlotte Homicide Identified

CHARLOTTE, NC– Tonight we know the name of a man found shot to death in East Charlotte.

Medic pronounced 21-year-old Lanaris Isabell dead around 11:30 last night. Officers found him shot at a home on Atmore street.

He died at the scene.
