STATESVILLE, NC — Officials are investigating an accident in Iredell County that left one dead and sent one to the hospital.
The accident happened on Garnal Bagnal Boulevard at Wall Street shortly after 6:00am Wednesday. Officials with Iredell County EMS say one person was pronounced dead on arrival, and one person was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
No information yet on what caused the accident. We will update as we learn more.
