Get out your pitchforks and silver bullets… there’s a blood moon on the rise! Tonight, a lunar eclipse, and tomorrow, a blood moon! It’s got some of us feeling very superstitous!
Our lunar lineup starts with the blood moon. It happens only when the sun, Earth, and moon are aligned exactly. So basically, it’s pretty bloody rare. In North Carolina, the moon will start turning red around 2 o’clock in the morning. It will be full on vampire red just after 3am. If you’re up that late and it’s not cloudy, it’s bound to be cool.
After the blood moon, the fun’s not over. Tuesday night will be a full moon, and you know what that means… or maybe you don’t! We hit the streets to find out if you guys buy into full moon superstitions…
