BOONE, N.C. — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 19-year-old.
James Roberts is 5’10” in height, weighs 145 lbs, has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black, short sleeve, Appalachian State windbreaker, khaki shorts, gray new balance shoes and a white golf visor hat.
Roberts was last seen in the Boone area around the Appalachian State University Convocation Center.
