Hunter Osborn faces69 counts of Indecent Exposure and one Felony Count of Furnishing Harmful Items to Minors.

Arizona investigators say he exposed himself in a football team photo that appeared in a game program and more than 34-hundred yearbooks.

Osborn says a teammate dared him to do it as a prank. More than 1,500 people have signed a change.org petition, saying the punishment to too steep.
