A new ordinance in one Wisconsin city gives the parents of bullies 90 days to remedy the problem, or pay a 366 dollar fine.
That fine jumps to 681 dollars if the bully gets in trouble a second time.
At a West Virginia school parents are given a ‘reverse suspension.’
