CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD is investigating after three people were shot at a north Charlotte strip club overnight Thursday.
The shooting happened around 1:38am Thursday at Candi’s Cabaret on Statesville Avenue.
Investigators say several people got into an argument inside the club before the shooting. One person pulled out a gun, started shooting, and hit three people out on the club’s patio. The suspect then took off.
Medic says two of those victims were taken to CMC with life threatening injuries, and one was taken with minor injuries.
Police say they are still looking for the suspect.
