PAGELAND, SC — Crews are still working to clear a major accident in Chesterfield County on US 601.
The accident happened around 4:30am Monday when two semi-trucks hit head-on on US 601 at Philadelphia Church Road near the state line.
Police are alternating both northbound and southbound traffic through one lane to get drivers around the accident.
Officials say there were no serious injuries in the accident.
