CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WCCB) — Frost Advisory in effect from 2 AM – 9 AM for Stanly, Anson and Richmond counties. Frost could kill sensitive outdoor plants if left uncovered.
Temperatures will drop as low as 35 degrees which will lead to patchy frost on Tuesday morning.
