CHARLOTTE, NC — Police have arrested and charged 28-year-old Thomas Kerr with a shooting in Uptown overnight.
The shooting happened around 2:35am Tuesday at Connolly’s in Uptown Charlotte. Officers say 28-year-old Thomas Kerr fired at the building from outside but no one was injured.
Kerr has been charged with four counts of assault with a deadly weapon, four counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, damage to property, discharging a firearm in the city limits, and carrying a concealed weapon.
