The crowd started booing when Miss Hawaii’s Chelsea Hardin was asked to choose between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton live on the air. Trump is the former owner of the beauty pageant.

Online, the reaction was worse…

Many said the question was not only personal and private, but Hardin could have faced bias from judges with her answer.
The eventual runner-up answered the question as diplomatically as possible.

Was it appropriate to ask Miss Hawaii who she would vote for?
