Man Shot In The Leg In Northwest Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday morning in northwest Charlotte.

Officers found a man with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg on Free Bird Ave near Reames Road.

Suspects are believed to have fled the scene in a vehicle and, as of now, no one is yet in custody. Information gathered suggests that the victims and suspects are known to each other.
