CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Following a rezoning meeting, the charlotte city council approved a rezoning petition for 3.5 acres at the intersection of West Boulevard and Romare Bearden Drive.
The approval makes way for 3.5 acres in the are. The property, currently developed with a community garden will be home to Thee Sisters Market.
The market will serve as the first full-service grocery store on West BOulevard in more than 30 years, including a community education and gathering spaces beyond the typical grocer store.
