ALBEMARLE, NC — Police have arrested a man they say took indecent liberties with a child three times this year.
Police say a report came in around 3:30 on the morning of June 7, 2016 claiming that 25-year-old Grady Medlin had taken indecent liberties with a child multiple times.
After an investigation officers found that the victim had been taken advantage of three times this year.
Medlin was charged with three counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child. He received a secured bond of $3,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on June 27th.
