Authorities Seek Assistance Identifying North Charlotte Robbery Suspects
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Authorities are asking for assistance locating two men responsible for several robberies in north Charlotte.
Reports and surveillance footage indicate that on Monday, May 16, 2016, at 1:50 a.m., the men entered the Kangaroo Express at 8008 Harris Station Boulevard, and took money from the cash register at gunpoint.
On Monday, August 1st, 2016,at 12:02 a.m., the suspects returned to the Kangaroo Express and implied they had a weapon before once again taking money from the cash register.
Three hours later on the morning of August 1st, the suspects went to the 7-Eleven at 8325 Old Statesville Road, and took money form the cash register by force.
Both suspects are described as black males, approximately 5′ 10″ tall. The first suspect was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and black and red baseball cap.ย ย The second suspect was last wearing a gray t-shirt and a lime green and black baseball cap.
